Park La Brea apartments refuse fair resolution

Once you become a resident you dont exist for them anymore. We had no power in our apartment for almost a week because the management evicts tenants and fails to notify utility company. Then you move in and the power company things you are the same tenant with debt, just using a relative to restart power. We had a newborn brought to apartment the day before we lost power. Imagine this. They dont care because they have a legion of full-time lawyers. Seriously, stay away.

In my experiences, egregious were the lack of concern regarding tenant health vis-à-vis broken elevators, mold, insects, and rodents; and, abysmally appalling attitude toward customer service. In one instance the broiler in the unit never stayed on unless the oven door was open (no picnic in summertime). Service guy honestly shared the appliances are outdated and cheap, and unless the broiler was replaced, the situation would not improve. In another instance the laundry room credit machine short changed me $5. I was referred to a customer service number and ended up speaking to someone in another country. Honestly, it’s so bad, making stuff up is unnecessary. And, hey, don’t even think the return of your deposit is a sure thing. In my experience, PLB added erroneous fees to separate me from my credit. Park La Brea apartments 🆘 COMPLAINTS 🆘

Park La Brea apartments They constantly abuse our renters rights. Also not sure of this is legal but there is no hood for ventilation above our stove. There is a vent bit no turn on switch and when u hold a paper up to it its not suctioning AT ALL, same for bathrooms even the one w no window. There is also no wheelchair access to any of the buildings. We have CONSTANT issues w fires and alarms going off in the middle of the night. Very scary.
